DEVICE FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TRAFFIC JAMS AT UNSIGNALED CROSSING

A device for the determination of traffic jams at unsignaled crossing comprises a scanning unit, laser emitter, analyzing unit, discrete scanistor, photo receivers of each traffic lane, photo receiver signal converter and computing device. The device further comprises a reference signal photo receiver, reference signal converter, scanistor control unit and second discrete scanistor. Output of reference signal photo receiver is connected to input of reference signal converter and first input of scanistor control unit, which second input is connected to output of the analyzing unit. Outputs of scanistor control unit are connected to corresponding inputs of first and second discrete scanistors. Output of second discrete scanistor is connected to second input of analyzing unit, and output of reference signal converter is connected to corresponding input of the computing device.
