METHOD FOR ASSESSING AGGRESSIVENESS OF BACTERIAL FLORA IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ILEUS AS A FACTOR OF ENDOTOXICOSIS INTENSIFICATION

A method for assessing the aggressiveness of the bacterial flora in the patients with acute ileus as a factor of endotoxicosis intensification provides for measuring the increased content of blood serum iron in the setting of the increased endogenous intoxication and decreased saturation of transferrin with iron as the diagnostic parameter of endotoxicosis intensification. Upon assessment of the acute clinical state, the required corrections are provided in complex surgical treatment of the patients.
