TECHNIQUE FOR OPEN RHINOPLASTY FOR CORRECTING SIGNIFICANT RECESS OF TIP OF NOSE

摘要

A technique for the open rhinoplasty for correcting the significant recess of the tip of nose provides for tailoring autograft from cephalic portion of the lateral crus of the large alar cartilage. The vascular peduncle of the graft is tailored from the superficial muscular-aponeurotic layer of the nose with the branches of the columellar arteries (r.septi nasi).
