MOBILE FORCE-MEASURING SYSTEM FOR CALIBRATION, VERIFICATION AND METROLOGICAL CERTIFICATION OF INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING TENSION FORCE OF REINFORCING CABLE

摘要

A mobile force-measuring system for calibration, verification and metrological certification of instrument for measuring tension force of reinforcing cable comprises a hydraulic jack with four strain gage sensors built-in into the body walls, two analog-to-digital converters mounted on the hydraulic jack body, and facilities for controlling, receiving, processing and transmitting signals. Strain gage sensors are embedded by twos into each of two opposite walls of hydraulic jack body. In the each wall one strain gage sensor is embedded into upper part of the wall, and one sensor is embedded into lower part of the wall. Strain gage sensors embedded into upper parts of the walls are connected to one of analog-to-digital converters, and strain gage sensors embedded into lower parts of the walls are connected to second analog-to-digital converter.
