摘要

The biomaterial for growing the bone tissue consists of two phases. One of the phases is fluid and contains calcium phosphate compound. The fluid phase contains the hydrogel natural polymer chitosan with nanoparticles of calcium phosphate compound immobilized in the porous space of chitosan matrix. The ratio between chitosan and calcium phosphate compound is within 1:100÷3:5, predominantly 1:10÷2:5. The second phase is the solid ceramic phase in the form of fine dispersed calcium salts (phosphate, carbonate, sulfate) including calcium phosphate doped with metal ions possessing antibacterial activity, hydroxyl apatite, carbonate apatite or their mixtures with particles 50-100 µm in size, up to 5 mass % of the total mass of the second phase.
