METHOD FOR MONITORING WATER LEVEL IN RESERVOIR

Disclosed is a method for monitoring water level in reservoir wherein information on height of water surface is transferred to central station for processing data from single measuring device. Parameters of ground microseisms excited by reservoir seiches are measured, and information on height of water surface is updated with use of known dependence of microseisms frequency on water level.
