A detector of capillary electrophoresis and capillary liquid chromatography comprises an illuminator, focusing system, beam divider for separation of illuminator beam to measuring channel beam and reference channel beam, measuring channel capillary arranged along measuring channel beam path, photo receiver and signal processing system. Additionally it comprises a reference channel capillary, reference channel reflector, beam divider for combination of beams arranged along the reference channel beam path, measuring channel reflector arranged between measuring channel capillary and beam divider for combination of beams.
