METHOD FOR SUTURING POSTOPERATIVE WOUND WITH LARGE AREA OF TISSUE DEFECT (ADAPTING SUTURE ACCORDING TO SCHUROV-ALIVAPOVA)

A method for suturing postoperative wound with large area of tissue defect comprises the suturing the edges of the wound and the approximation of tissues. The edges of the wound are separated. The skin is punctured with the needle at the distance of 15- from the edge of the wound. The needle is passed on the internal side of the opposite edge of the wound at the same distance and exteriorized. Then the skin is punctured from inside of the opposite edge of the wound at the distance of 4- from the edge. The free end of the thread on the opposite edge is passed outwards at the same distance from the edge and tied up with simple or reef knot.
