SURGICAL METHOD FOR EARLY TREATMENT OF NECROTIC FORM OF ERYSIPELAS

The surgical method for the early treatment of the necrotic form of erysipelas provides for the early necrectomy of the necrotic area followed by the use of nitric oxide. After the cleaning of the wound surface, autodermoplasty follows. The early necrectomy is performed prior to the formation of demarcation line. For NO therapy, Plazon apparatus is used allowing for the activation of antioxidant protection, stimulation of the proliferation of fibroblasts and synthesis of collagen, the facilitation for the decreasing edema, pain syndrome, and intoxication, the improvement of microcirculation in the area of inflammation, preventing the further development of the necrotic process and decreasing the treatment duration.
