摘要

A process for the preparation of luminescent coating based on nanosized zinc oxide and polyvinyl pyrrolidone for making printed components of active and smart packs involves mixing of components. Used are colloidal solutions of ZnO nanoparticles in ethanol with average size of nanoparticles 4.5 nm and concentration of 2(10-2 M, polyvinyl pyrrolidone with molar weight of 360,000 g/mol at following ratio of components (wt.%): colloidal solution of ZnO nanoparticles83 polyvinyl pyrrolidone 17. Components are mixed by step-by-step addition of polyvinyl pyrrolidone to the colloidal solution of ZnO nanoparticles at room temperature under thorough mixing up to full solubilization of polyvinyl pyrrolidone. Prepared luminescent composition is applied on substrate.
