METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF COURSE OF CHRONIC POLYPOUS SINUSITIS

Disclosed is a method for the prediction of course of chronic polypous sinusitis through genotypic determination of the allele polymorphism of the IL-1β(C-511T) gene. Polymorphism of the IL-4(C-590T) gene is determined, and the ratio of concentrations of IL-1β and IL-4 in serum of peripheral venous blood, with account of laboratory characteristics at associated pathology, burdened familial and allergological histories.
