METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF USE OF IRBESARTAN IN COMBINATION WITH LISINIUM AT EXPERIMENTAL ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Disclosed is a method for evaluation of effectiveness of use of irbesartan in combination with lisinium at experimental arterial hypertension through blood investigation. The fatty acid composition of lipids of blood plasma of hypertensive rats is determined by means of gas-liquid chromatography, with reveal of changes of content of palmitic, arachidonic fatty acids and the sums of saturated and polyunsaturated fatt acids before and after treatment with irbesartan in combination with lisinium during two months. The data are compared to control, and at normalization of induces the effectiveness of treatment is estimated.
