METHOD FOR PREVENTING POSTOPERATIVE VENOUS THROMBOSIS IN SYSTEM OF VENA CAVA INFERIOR

A method for preventing the postoperative venous thrombosis in the system of vena cava inferior comprises the administration of low molecular heparins affecting Xa factor of the coagulation system. The low molecular heparins are administered in 2-4 hours preceding the surgery. Postoperatively, unfractionated heparin affecting factor II is used at a dose that is dependant on the extent of the impairment of endothelial function. Then unfractionated heparin is further administered at half dose up to Days 5-7 postoperatively.
