Method for estimation of parameters of micro-structure of solid alloys and alike two-phase materials that includes numerical determination of linear dimensions of phases, areas of inter-grain boundaries, total coefficient of adjacency of high-melting component (C) with use of stereometric metallography, at that at analysis of micro-structures coefficients of adjacency of the grains of high-melting component (C) are determined for several types of boundaries with different orientation, dimension and chemical correspondence of crystallographic planes of crystalline grates that touch, in particular ideal correspondence (C), substantial mismatch (C) and intermediate correspondence (C).
