METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF CARDBOARD-PAPER PRODUCTS

摘要

A method for production of cardboard-paper products includes preparation of fiber mass through solution, milling, gluing, with following casting paper sheet, with adding strengthening additive, at that before gluing paper sheet, strengthening additive based on alkyl ketene dimeres, styrene and maleic anhydride is added to fiber mass. Polyamine-polyamide-epichlorohydrin resin is added to fiber mass as strengthening admixture, in amount of 1-6 kg/t of oven-dry fiber, and gluing is performed with alkyl ketene dimer in amount of 0.5-2 kg/t of oven-dry fiber.
