A device for cutting the opening in the wall of the blood vessel in formation of the end-to-side vascular anastomosis with the vessel of the large diameter at the angle of 60° consists of the handle and the working surface with the size being half of the oval plane generated by crossing the vessel in diameter at the angle of 60° relative to its longitudinal axis providing for the assessment of the opening size and cutting the opening in the wall of the blood vessel in formation of the vascular anastomosis.
