METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF PRIMARY CELL CULTURES OF VERTEBRAL COLD-BLOODED ANIMALS

A method for production of primary cell cultures of cold-blooded vertebral animals proposed for using in veterinary medicine, virology, diagnostics, biotechnology, comprises new technological practices, consisting in extraction of organs (cell donors) of adult reptiles, using of cultural media 199 and DMEM in the ratio of 1:1, preliminary treatment of cultural vessels by adding of serum BRC, carrying out of three trypsinization without filtering of cells homogenate, cells cultivation under conditions of ageing in thermostat, allowing to safe time, materials and increase the growth abilities of cells in culture, and promotes formation of new biological models for isolation and cultivation of viruses at theirs reception from reptiles, which are natural reservoirs for viruses in the wild.
