A method for energy identification and estimation of parameters of continuous wave signal in active-passive multi-position radar system and determination of total vector of target velocity with set possible accuracy that is based on power identification of time interval where power likelihood ratio exceeds the threshold of identification with set probability of error alarms, mix of amplitudes of continuous wave radio signal and noise is shift by phase within the range of unambiguity, from that in each channel samples with different duration are formed. By estimation of the range, Doppler frequency and angular position of the target at each position of the active-passive radar system under conditions of a priory determination of bearing frequency at identification of measurements for one target by time at common information processing point from the system of equations in Cartesian coordinate system obtained on the basis of the properties of scalar product of total target velocity vector and estimated radial components of that one at each position, the module of the target total velocity vector and its direction cosines in space with set possible accuracy are determined.
