Method of epidemical situation assessment with regard to respiratory controlled infections includes analysis of morbidity of measles, German measles, epidemic parotitis, diphtheria, pertussis and risk factors, also the state of population vaccination. It is necessary to reveal immunocompromised patients by means of detection of immunoglobulins A and E, immunity developed after vaccination and components of the complement system C3 and C4 by immunoturbidimetric technique, also density of the population and air pollution in the territory being surveyed. It is essential to calculate the median of morbidity of measles, German measles, epidemic parotitis, diphtheria and pertussis for the last 20-30 years and to compare it with morbidity level during recent years. The groups of immunocompromised patients who have some deviations from the biological reference range of immunity according to certain clinical entities are formed and studied. The data obtained is processed and percentage of the said patients among population is determined for each year of observation. The correlation analysis of morbidity of measles, German measles, epidemic parotitis, diphtheria and pertussis and the relevant vaccination, density of the population and air pollution is performed. The average level of vaccination against measles, German measles, epidemic parotitis, diphtheria and pertussis for the last 3 years. Scientists compare the median of morbidity of respiratory controlled infections with that one observed during the recent years. The epidemical situation is assessed.
