СПОСІБ КОНСЕРВАТИВНОГО ЛІКУВАННЯ ОДОНТОГЕННИХ КІСТ І КІСТОГРАНУЛЬОМ

The method of conservative treatment of odontogenic cysts and cystogranulomas includes antiseptic treatment of root canal and its filling. Before antiseptic treatment it is necessary (under anesthesia) to conduct incision of root canal and its filling, also filing, shaping. After antiseptic treatment the diode laser is used to sterilize root canal. Then it is filled with anti-inflammatory paste. Within the period of 5-15 days the antiseptic treatment is repeated. Through the root canal the diode laser is inserted into the cyst cavity for 10-25 minutes for its vaporization. This procedure can be repeated several times within one month until positive result is achieved – no tooth pain and no root canal being wet. The last procedure (after root canal antiseptic treatment and its sterilization) implies irrigation of the cysts with the plasma. Then the obturation of root channel and restoration of dental crown are performed.
