СПОСІБ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ОПТИМАЛЬНОЇ ТАКТИКИ ВЕДЕННЯ НОВОНАРОДЖЕНИХ З ПРЕНАТАЛЬНОЮ ПІДОЗРОЮ НА ПАТОЛОГІЮ ДУГИ АОРТИ

摘要

Method of looking after newborn children with prenatal diagnosis of aortic arch pathology implies the use of transabdominal ultrasonic examination of fetus with gestation period of 34-36 weeks. In case a pathology is found, the size of fetus heart is measured, the sigmal deviation of mitral valve, left ventricle and aortic valve is determined. In case echocardiography examination finds deviations from the calculated norms, the fetus is included into the pathology risk group. This is followed by choosing the appropriate further prenatal tactics of looking after the baby.
