A three-parameter sensor on two-stage generalized immittance converter comprises a field effect transistor, three resistors, five capacitors, one inductor, the first and second measuring transducers, two common buses and power bus. The first terminal of the first resistor is connected to the drain of the FET which is attached to the first terminal of the first capacitor. The second terminal of the first resistor is connected to the power bus. The source of the FET is connected to the first terminal of the first inductor and the first terminal of the second transducer. The three-parameter sensor comprises a second field-effect transistor, the third primary transducer, dual power sources. As primary measuring transducers are used the inductive, capacitive, and resistive transducers. The second terminal of the second transducer is connected to the common bus and the second terminal of the first inductor. The gate of the first field effect transistor is connected to the second terminal of the second capacitor, the first terminal of that is connected to the first terminal of the first transducer the second terminal of which is connected to the first common bus and the positive terminal of the first power source, the negative terminal of which is connected to the second terminal of the fourth resistor, the first terminal of which is connected to the gate of the first FET. Drain of the second FET is connected to the second terminal of the first capacitor and the first terminal of the second resistor, the second terminal of which is connected to the power bus. The gate of the second field effect transistor is connected to the first terminal of the third resistor and a first terminal of the third transducer the second terminal of which is connected to the first terminal of the third capacitor the second terminal of which is connected to the second common bus, the second terminal of the third resistor is connected to the negative terminal of the second power source, the positive terminal is connected to the second common bus. The source of the second field effect transistor is connected to the first terminal of the fourth and the first terminal of the fifth capacitor. The second terminal of the fourth capacitor is connected to the second common bus, and the second terminal of the fifth capacitor is connected to the output of the circuit.
