Dermatome for decomposition of thick, full sphere, grid epidermis translocated auto-derma-transplants with an area magnification of 1×5, 1×7, 1×8, 1×10 which consists of a right semicircle, left semicircle that careens to the left and right sides of the handle with an axis that freely rotates around its own axis and can oscillate along a channel of the handle, pedestal, arc handle which is attached to left bar, right bar, alternating relief technological plate with its working surface, which is motionlessly fixed on the semicircles, forming a half-cylinders, the blade holder with the flat blade, which is fixed to the left and right rods and its axle creates a conditional frame, the space between the working surface of a half-cylinder and a blade is regulated by mechanisms with a circle with the diameter of 0.1 mm to 5.0 mm, the working surface of the technological alternating plate relief comprises linear lugs over the entire length of the working surface 1.5 mm wide, the distance between them is 1.5 mm, the linear lugs as fragments 10.0 mm long with a step of 2.0 mm and 3.2 mm high. The first, third, fifth linear lugs begin from the leading edge of the technological plate, the second, fourth, sixth linear lugs in the form of fragments begin from a half of linear lugs of leading edge of technological plate and placed in the "checkerboard" manner. The working surface is made of a plastic mass. Linear lags are in the form of fragments 1×5 - 18.0 mm, 1 × 7 - 25.0 mm, 1 × 8 - 27.0 mm, 1 × 10 - 34.0 mm long.
