Method of canceling impulsive noise in power line communications systems (plc) by processing the free-carrier transmission

Communication systems through the power lines, termed Power Line Communications (PLC) are left without power transmission certain carriers or portions of the spectrum to observe possible interference radio communication services, such as amateur radio. This cancellation method impulse noise for PLC systems is to process these free carriers in the receiver to determine the amplitude and phase of the pulses of impulsive noise when they appear in the transmission lines and to proceed in this way cancellation.
