Nucleoside desoxirribosiltransferasa biocatalyst with activity immobilized on magnetic particles of chitosan. # The invention relates to a new biocatalyst based on covalent immobilisation of the nucleoside 2? -desoxirribosiltransferasa Lactobacillus reuteri in magnetic particles obtained from chitosan and Fe {sub, 3 } O {sub, 4} (magnetite). The invention also relates to the process for making said biocatalyst and the procedure for use in the synthesis of other nucleosides of therapeutic interest as ara-A, ara-C, 2? -fluoro-2? -desoxiadenosina and 2?-Fluoro 2'-deoxycytidine.
