This invention relates to the development of capillary micro-structured intelligent design for use as a basic component in equipment capillary electrophoresis (CE) of high performance, enabling an improvement in resolution and an increase in detection sensitivity with respect to conventional capillaries. This invention involves achieve a new generation of high performance systems CE in capacity separation and detection. # The invention consists in designing CE capillaries with a number of small diameter channels arranged therein. The intelligent organization channels can provide increased sensitivity in optical detection systems. # These capillaries are applicable in any equipment conventionally CE and inside can carry out the separation of both small molecules and ions as large macromolecules.
