An antibody or fragment thereof comprising: (a) the amino acid sequence of the VH domain of SEQ ID NO: 43 or the amino acid sequence of the VH domain expressed by the hybridoma deposit number ATCC PTA-3570, and (b ) the amino acid sequence of the VL domain of SEQ ID NO: 43 or the amino acid sequence of the VL domain expressed by the hybridoma deposit number ATCC PTA-3570, wherein said antibody or fragment thereof immunospecifically binds to TR4 .
