Prefabricated concrete grill for the elaboration of light slabs, manufacturing process of the grill and construction process of the slab with said grill, consisting of a structure formed by a grid of concrete arms (2), with mesh (3) embedded and a bottom of plates (4) of cellulose fiber and plaster that determine blind holes (9) between said arms (2); the plates (4) are connected by means of anchoring anchors (5) in U, and, it has lifting anchors (7) for crane transfer. The arms (2) are of trapezoidal section wider at its base than at its coronation. For its manufacture, the plate (4), the anchoring anchors (5), the mesh and trunks (6) truncated are placed, casting concrete between them. To build the slab, the grill (1) sits between beams (8) concrete is poured into the blind holes (9) and the edge is increased.
