The present invention relates to a reducing disc (3) for light weight reinforced concrete structures such as slabs, pre-slabs, floors, walls or beams; a screen (2, 4) purpose-designed and the construction method for making such structures. The method allows manufacture the components that make possible the construction of buildings with light reinforced concrete structures. The scope of the invention is the construction in general, such as houses, buildings and bridges. The invention solves the problem allows to lighten structures with a construction method that includes a set of disks (3) reducing weight, meshes (2,4) electro-welded (specifically designed for each slab thickness) and the hooks ( 5) for attaching said mesh (2,4). Said assembly and method allow lighten slabs minimum thickness.
