A heating device producing clean hot water, comprising: an instant electric heater (7), which is predisposed to heat a flow of water flowing through it at a first temperature; a boiler (8) provided with an electric heater that is predisposed to heat a certain amount of water at a second temperature that is greater than the first temperature; a mixer (9), predisposed to receive at the entrance a flow of water from the boiler (8) and a flow of water from the electric heater (7) and to produce at the outlet a mixture between the two flows; a control device (5) that is predisposed to control the electric heater (7), the boiler heater (8) and the mixer (9).
