A package integrity feature comprising: a closure (11) covering an opening (24) towards a container (10); and at least one structure (40) associated with the closure (11), which connects the closure (11) with a remaining part of the container (10), where, after opening the closure (11) for the first time, the structure (40) extends, increasing a length of the structure (40) until the structure (40) finally breaks, leaving one or both residual ends (40d) of the broken structure (40) wavy or curved upwards from the remaining part of the container (10).
