Device to allow access to the part of a vehicle under the driver's cab, especially for industrial or commercial or special purpose vehicles, comprising means for actuating a longitudinal sliding movement of the cab forward, with respect to the face of the vehicle with lateral elements (7), characterized in that said means for activating the forward longitudinal sliding movement of the cabin comprise: - telescopic guides (1) applied under the cabin floor, fixed to the cabin floor, suitable for slippage; - sliding guides (2) that have a constant and straight-line section like a rotated omega and are housed inside the side elements (7) of the vehicle frame; - crushing rollers (3) present on the sliding guides (2) on which the telescopic guides (1) move.
