The present invention provides a tissue regenerationsubstrate that has the ability to release a basic fibroblastgrowth factor (bFGF) and like cell growth factors in a sustainedmanner, into which cells can easily enter, and that is suitablyused for regeneration of tissues. Specifically, the presentinvention provides a tissue regeneration substrate that comprisesa cell growth factor adsorbed in a bioabsorbable porous substratethat contains collagen and gelatin, and a method for producingthe same.
