Methods of enhancing immune response to an immunogen in a subject aredisclosed. Also disclosed are methods of reducing the sensitivity to anallergen in a subject. The methods comprise the administration of animmunomodulatory compound in specific dosing regimens that result in enhancedimmune response or reduced sensitivity.
