Also, the cobalt electrowinning anodeaccording to the present invention is an electrowinning anodehaving an amorphous iridium oxide or ruthenium oxide-containingcatalytic layer formed on a conductive substrate, and the cobaltelectrowinning method according to the present invention is anelectrowinning method using that electrowinning anode.
