My invention is a mill with folding (wallet like) hinged blades arrangedaround an axel. It will beused to harness the wind or hydro power to create energy to turn a turbine orother. Its hingedblades are placed in succession around a turning axel. As the wind or hydropower pushes onthe blades (bottom side) it opens the blades flat on the bottom side of thefan wheel whichautomatically forces them closed on the opposite top side, minimizing frictionon top andgetting full thrust by the bottom opening blades. Theses blades may be addedin series on ashaft, then added to inline differentials to increase its power.
