A system and method of managing interests and activities of residents andpotential residents ina multi-unit building are provided. The method comprises: creating andmaintaining a first setof records in the database for tenants, each record in the first set ofrecords including fields for aname, contact information, building and interests; creating and maintaining asecond set ofrecords in the database for buildings, records in the second set includingfields for a buildingname, address and amenities; creating and maintaining a third set of recordsin the database foractivities, records in the third set including fields for an activity name,organizer, site,participants and activity details; analyzing the database to identify a set oftenant records in thefirst set of records that match an activity in the third set; and generatingand sendingnotifications using contact information in the set of tenant records relatingto the activity.
