SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LOAN FINANCING AND INVESTMENT FROM A REGISTERED ACCOUNT

There is provided a system and method for financing a loan from a registeredaccount owned by a borrower. The loan is secured by a non-arm's lengthmortgage security on a property owned by the borrower and proceeds from theloan are used to purchase non-registered investments. The mortgage security isset up with the highest permitted rate and longest permitted amortizationperiodand the borrower makes loan payments to the registered account instead ofmaking contributions thereto. The mortgage security is renewed periodicallyanda new mortgage security contracted. Penalty fees for periodically breaking themortgage security before an end of the set amortization period may be paid tothe registered account.
