Methods and systems for determining patient and geographic specific medicalreports areprovided. In one example, a method includes receiving a result of a diagnostictest performed ona patient, and creating, by a computing device, an output of the result in areport. The methodfurther includes based on the result being indicative of a condition,providing by the computingdevice in the report a geographic representation of one or more incidences ofthe conditionreported in a geographic region associated with the patient. In other examplemethods, based onthe result being indicative of the absence of at least one tick-borne diseaseor heartworm disease,a geographic representation of one or more incidences of the disease reportedin a geographicregion associated with the patient may be provided in the report.
