The present invention relates to an air conditioning apparatus for a network room rack. Provided is an air conditioning apparatus for a network room rack that includes: a cooling device having a cooling cycle so as to be capable of increasing cooling efficiency by separately guiding the flow of hot air and cold air; a cold air outlet that is connected to an outlet of an evaporator of the cooling device so as to discharge the cold air vertically and upward in a front surface portion of the rack; an outside air inlet that is disposed on a bottom surface of the rack so that outside air flows toward the evaporator of the cooling device; a heat outlet that is disposed on the bottom surface of the rack so that high-temperature air which passes through a condenser of the cooling device is discharged to the outside; and a device for discharging air to the outside, which is disposed in an upper portion of a rear surface portion of the rack to discharge air in the rack to the outside.
