A traffic offload method, a traffic offload function entity and a traffic offload system are provided in the embodiments of present invention. The traffic offload method includes: a first traffic offload function entity receives the user information of user equipments within the coverage of the first traffic offload function entity from the core network or a second traffic offload function entity, wherein the first traffic offload function entity is the traffic offload function entity corresponding to the user equipment after handover, the second traffic offload function entity is the traffic offload function entity corresponding to the user equipment before handover; the first traffic offload function entity obtains the traffic offload strategy, then matches the traffic offload strategy with the user information; the first traffic offload function entity offloads the traffic corresponding to the user equipment according to the user information matching the traffic offload strategy. With the application of the present invention, the traffic offload function entity can obtain the user information, therefore offloading traffics according tot the user information.
