The invention also relates to a non-therapeutic use of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi for increasing calcium content in bones of young subjects, as well as to a food product or food supplement comprising an alcohol extract of Fructus Ligustri Lucidiand a pet food comprising said Fructus.
