This pathological diagnosis results assessment system is characterized by being provided with: a diagnosis unit that carries out pathological diagnosis of tissue specimen images, and generates diagnosis record information; a report storage unit that stores reports in which pathological diagnosis results for the tissue specimen images are described; a report analysis unit that analyzes the diagnosis results described in the reports stored in the report storage unit; and a report verification unit that compares the diagnosis results analyzed by the report analysis unit with the diagnosis record information, and determines the degree to which the diagnosis record information matches the diagnosis results.
