According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a buoyancy suit using lines of non-extension includes: a first step of marking a plurality of measurement points on the surface of the skin of the human body and detecting lines of non-extension by using the measurement points; a second step of selecting the neck circumference line and the vibration circumference line; a third step of forming an inner skin and an outer skin corresponding to the neck circumference line and the vibration circumference line selected in the second step; and a fourth step of placing a buoyant material on the outer surface of the inner skin formed in the third step, placing the outer skin on the outer surface of the buoyant material, and combining the inner skin with the outer skin. It is preferable that the inner skin and the outer skin are formed in the third step and the buoyancy material placed in the fourth step is separately formed to correspond to the lines of non-extension.
