The present invention relates to a drum screen device and, more particularly, to a wedge-type drum screen device, a device for treating both phosphorous concentrated sludge and fine impurities using the same, and a method therefor, wherein: feed water is supplied to the outer circumference of a drum screen which is rotated by a driving means so as to treat both phosphorous concentrated sludge generated in a biological reactor and fine impurities generated in a preprocessing step during wastewater treatment in a sewage and wastewater treatment facility or the like, such that the fine impurities contained in the feed water are filtered by using pores of the drum screen; and after a fine impurity layer is formed in a certain thickness on the outer circumference of the drum screen, the sludge is injected into the outer circumference of the drum screen on which the fine impurity layer is formed such that the sludge is filtered by using micro pores of the fine impurity layer.
