The present invention relates to a noise model creation device that creates a noise model for the noise information except for the audio source to be detected, which is included in the audio information collected by the audio collector. The noise model creation device acquires a power spectrum from the collected audio information and determines whether or not the audio source to be detected is included in the collected audio information by evaluating a probability density distribution (histogram) of the power spectrum, and creates the noise model from the collected audio information when determining that the audio source to be detected is not included in the collected audio information.
