The present invention relates to a guide protractor for a ventricular puncture applied to ventriculoperitoneal shunting, comprising: a base portion into a drilled hole of the skull and having a C-shaped insertion hole through which an insertion tube for the ventricular puncture is inserted; and a guide protractor which is fastened to the upper portion of the base portion and has a guide groove for guiding the insertion direction of the ventricular puncture. Therefore, the present invention provides a guide protractor for a ventricular puncture which allows a simple and precise operation of a ventricular puncture through a drilled hole of the skull in ventriculoperitoneal shunting and allows rapid operation ventriculoperitoneal shunting.
