If the offending driver feels aggrieved, then the person will be advised that an appeal to a Magistrate's .s Court is open. Drivers" of a vehicle involved in a collision will be able to upload photographs and video of the incident, vehicles involved and location of collision in support of a claim. A fee for reporting the collision will apply and that fee will be refunded by the relevant Insurance Company if the reporting driver is not at fault. 1o All Traffic Infringement Notices will be paid in the same manner as existing Notices, that is within 30 days.
