FULL-INTERCHANGE COMBINED PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICLE INTERSECTION FOR T-SHAPED CROSSING

A full-interchange combined pedestrian and vehicle intersection for T-shaped crossing comprises a main road (1) and a branch road (2) intersecting the main road to form a T-shaped section. Sidewalks (5) are arranged on both sides of the main road (1) and the branch road (2). The sidewalks (5) are disposed on the same ground level. Two-way sidewalks (6) are arranged across the main road (1) on the T-shaped crossing. An arc span bridge (3) on the main road for straight vehicles is arranged on an upper level of the sidewalks of the T-shaped crossing. An annular T-shaped intersection (4) on the main road (1) is also arranged for turnaround vehicles on the main road (1), non-blocking directly right turning vehicles on the branch road (2), and circlewise direct crossing left turning vehicles on the upper level of the sidewalks (5) of the T-shaped crossing. With the two-way sidewalks (6), arc span bridge (3) and annular T-shaped intersection (4), pedestrian and vehicles are separated on respective ways. Pedestrians can always walk on the ground freely and cross the road without obstacle. No traffic light is equipped to limit traffic. Pedestrians and vehicles can walk or drive omnidirectionally without obstacle.
