The invention relate to an antiparasitic composition for controlling and treating parasites of different animal species, characterised in that it combines moxidectin with vitamins: A, D₃ and E. This combination offers the wide action spectrum of moxidectin in the treatment and control of endo and ectoparasites, as well as providing the benefits of vitamins A, D₃ and E against damage caused by parasites while present in the organism of the animal. The target species are: horses, cattle, sheep, goats, dogs, pigs, cats and similar.
